He has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2003, a member of the Egypt Arbitration and Mediation Chamber, a member of the Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC), a registered Arbitrator in the DIAC, and a member of the Sharjah Arbitration Center. Worthy to note, he was the former Director of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Head of the Legal Affairs of the Dubai Future Foundation. He completed his master’s in law (Arbitration-LLM) at Middlesex University.
He has more than two (2) decades of legal professional experience as an international advocate, particularly in all Arab countries and other western countries. He significantly advised numerous high-network individuals and companies (private and government entities) in different countries, whether it is a litigious or non-litigious matter—he was the lawyer in the biggest merger and acquisition in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and a legal advisor to transactions between his client and the UAE’s Armed Forces. He has handled one of the prime rental dispute cases against a well-known five-star hotel in the UAE amounting to AED 2.5 billion and insolvency cases in the country.
He has mastered gaining clients’ trust and confidence by providing in-depth legal advice, ensuring my client’s rights and interests are well protected through excellent organizational skills, time management, and working under pressure managing multiple priorities with short deadlines.
His field of specialties are as follows: International Commercial Laws; Contracts, Business, Finance, and Company Laws; Intellectual Property; Oil and Gas matters; and litigation, including Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration in particular).
