Ahmed Mohamed Adly Osman is the founder and managing partner of Al Adly & Co, bringing over 20 years of strategic legal experience to every engagement. His career began in Egypt, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws from Assiut University and was admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association in 2003.
Today, Ahmed is recognized as an internationally experienced business lawyer and arbitration specialist. He advises clients across the Arab world and Western countries, known for anticipating risks early and seizing opportunities to achieve favorable outcomes—even in the most complex matters.
His expertise spans commercial law, arbitration, M&A transactions, and strategic corporate advisory.
