ABOUT AHMED MOHAMED ADLY OSMAN

With over 20 years of extensive legal experience, Al Adly is a seasoned international advocate specializing in advising clients across the Arab world and Western countries. He has provided strategic counsel to a diverse range of high-net-worth individuals, private companies, and government entities on both contentious and non-contentious legal matters. Noteworthy achievements in his career include leading legal roles in the largest merger and acquisition in the Emirate of Sharjah and serving as a legal advisor facilitating transactions between clients and the UAE Armed Forces. He has also managed complex, high-value cases such as a major rental dispute against a prominent five-star hotel in the UAE, valued at AED 2.5 billion, as well as important insolvency proceedings. Formerly the Director of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Head of Legal Affairs at the Dubai Future Foundation, he recently earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Arbitration from Middlesex University. He combines deep legal expertise with a strategic mindset, navigating complex cases with precision and insight. Known for anticipating risks and leveraging opportunities, he consistently secures favorable results for clients, even in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
